ปารีส, ฝรั่งเศส – กระทรวงกิจการยุโรปและการต่างประเทศฝรั่งเศส ร่วมกับ Campus France ประกาศเปิดรับสมัครทุนการศึกษา Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program ประจำปี 2026 อย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาต่างชาติ รวมถึงนักศึกษาไทย ที่มีศักยภาพสูงได้เข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอก ณ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำในประเทศฝรั่งเศส พร้อมมอบสิทธิประโยชน์มากมาย โดยจะเปิดรับสมัครตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 และหมดเขตรับสมัครภายในวันที่ 8 มกราคม 2569
ทุนการศึกษา Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program จัดตั้งขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดึงดูดนักศึกษาต่างชาติที่มีความเป็นเลิศทางด้านวิชาการจากทั่วโลก ให้เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการขับเคลื่อนแวดวงวิชาการและวิชาชีพในอนาคต โดยมุ่งเน้นในสาขาวิชาที่เป็นยุทธศาสตร์ของประเทศฝรั่งเศส ซึ่งรวมถึงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์
สำหรับผู้สมัครในระดับปริญญาโทจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 27 ปี และระดับปริญญาเอกอายุไม่เกิน 32 ปี โดยผู้ที่สนใจจะต้องทำการสมัครเข้าศึกษาต่อกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของฝรั่งเศสที่ตนเองสนใจก่อน จากนั้นสถาบันฯ จะเป็นผู้พิจารณาคัดเลือกและเสนอชื่อนักศึกษาเพื่อขอรับทุน Eiffel ต่อไปยัง Campus France โดยตรง นักศึกษาไม่สามารถสมัครโดยตรงไปยัง Campus France ได้
กำหนดการรับสมัครประจำปี 2026:
- เปิดรับสมัคร: 1 ตุลาคม 2568
- ปิดรับสมัคร (โดยสถาบันอุดมศึกษาฝรั่งเศส): 8 มกราคม 2569
- ประกาศผล: กลางเดือนเมษายน 2569
ผู้ที่ได้รับทุนจะได้รับการยกเว้นค่าเล่าเรียนในสถาบันของรัฐ พร้อมรับเงินค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือน สำหรับระดับปริญญาโท 1,181 ยูโร (ประมาณ 42,420 บาท) และระดับปริญญาเอก 1,800 ยูโร (ประมาณ 64,660 บาท) นอกจากนี้ยังครอบคลุมค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ เช่น ตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ, ประกันสุขภาพ, และสิทธิพิเศษในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมต่างๆ

Golden Opportunity: French Government’s 2026 Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Opens for Applications, Thai Students Eligible
PARIS, FRANCE – The French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, in partnership with Campus France, has officially announced the opening of the 2026 Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program. This prestigious scholarship invites high-achieving international students, including those from Thailand, to pursue Master’s and PhD programs at top French higher education institutions. The application period will commence on October 1, 2025, and conclude on January 8, 2026.
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established to attract the best foreign students to France, fostering future leaders in both the public and private sectors across key fields of study. These fields include Science and Technology, and Humanities and Social Sciences.
Eligibility criteria specify that Master’s level applicants must be no older than 27, while PhD candidates must be no older than 32. Prospective students must first secure admission to a French higher education institution. The institution will then nominate selected candidates for the Eiffel scholarship to Campus France. Direct applications from students to Campus France will not be accepted.
2026 Application Timeline:
- Opening of the call for applications: October 1, 2025
- Deadline for applications to be received by Campus France: January 8, 2026
- Publication of results: Mid-April, 2026
Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of €1,181 for Master’s students and €1,800 for PhD students, in addition to benefits such as international travel, health insurance, and cultural activities. Tuition fees at public institutions are also waived.
