มหาวิทยาลัยนาโกย่า ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ร่วมกับธนาคารพัฒนาเอเชีย (ADB) ประกาศเปิดรับสมัครคัดเลือกผู้รับทุนการศึกษา ADB-JSP ประจำปีการศึกษา 2027 เพื่อเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท ณ บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยการพัฒนาระหว่างประเทศ (GSID) มุ่งเน้นการสนับสนุนบุคลากรจากประเทศกำลังพัฒนาที่มีศักยภาพสูง ให้ได้รับโอกาสทางการศึกษาระดับโลกโดยไม่มีภาระค่าใช้จ่าย
สำหรับผู้ที่ได้รับคัดเลือกจะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการครอบคลุมตลอดระยะเวลาหลักสูตร 2 ปี ประกอบด้วย ค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนจำนวน 147,000 เยน ค่าตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับชั้นประหยัด การยกเว้นค่าเล่าเรียนเต็มจำนวน ตลอดจนค่าใช้จ่ายสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ อาทิ ค่าตำราเรียน ค่าประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ และค่าที่พัก
คุณสมบัติและเงื่อนไขของผู้สมัคร
เปิดรับสมัครสำหรับบุคคลสัญชาติไทยที่มีอายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี (เกิดหลังวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2534) สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์การทำงานประจำเต็มเวลาอย่างน้อย 2 ปี ปัจจุบันพำนักหรือทำงานอยู่ในประเทศบ้านเกิด และมีผลคะแนนทดสอบความสามารถภาษาอังกฤษ (เช่น TOEFL หรือ IELTS) ตามที่กำหนด ทั้งนี้ผู้รับทุนจะต้องมีข้อตกลงและยินยอมที่จะเดินทางกลับมาปฏิบัติงานในประเทศบ้านเกิดของตนเองเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 2 ปีหลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษา เพื่อนำความรู้มาพัฒนาประเทศ
กำหนดการและเอกสารการสมัคร
ผู้ที่สนใจสามารถยื่นใบสมัครพร้อมเอกสารประกอบทางไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-mail) ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 – 16 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 โดยต้องจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำคัญภาษาอังกฤษ อาทิ:

Nagoya University, Japan, in partnership with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), has officially announced the commencement of the application process for the Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) for the Academic Year 2027. This prestigious scholarship targets outstanding young professionals from developing member countries to pursue a two-year Master’s degree program at the Graduate School of International Development (GSID).
Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive financial package, including a monthly stipend of 147,000 yen, full tuition fee waivers, economy-class return airfare, and additional allowances covering textbooks, National Health Insurance, and housing setup costs.
Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to applicants under 35 years of age (born after June 1, 1991) who hold a bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of two years of full-time professional work experience. Candidates must currently reside and work in their home country and demonstrate English proficiency through standardized test scores (TOEFL or IELTS). Upon graduation, scholars are required to return and work in their home country for at least two years to contribute to socio-economic development.
